For your consideration, I\'m offering this Stunning Steatite 8\" Frog Elbow Pipe. This piece is gorgeous. Very nice, large piece. I would love to keep this one myself but have to let it go. I purchased a significant collection of trade era pipes from an estate in Madison County, Kentucky. I\'ll be selling a number of these. These pipes were all wrapped in 1930s newspaper. These have been hidden away for almost a century. This pipe is made of Steatite and is in excellent, as made condition. Measures 8\" long, 3\" tall and 1 3/8\" wide. I\'m not sure of the tribal affiliation. Possibly Cherokee or one of the other Eastern tribes. This piece is an authentic trade era piece from the late 1800s to 1930s.
