I purchased this light while living up north to supplement indoor tropical plants (see picture) and to try growing organic foods. My home in Florida has a sunroom so there is no need and affords me more growing space. The lightis in good condition, comes with the optional glass cover and works perfectly. It has quarter inch holes through the reflector hood where I mountedit flush to the ceiling but these holes in no way affect the lights.
