Very nice early tube tester and VOM Superior model 777. The case is whole but in dire need of a refinishing. The panel is in very nice condition and the unit seems untinkered with, please see pictures of inside the item. The panel has a little bump on the right bottom corner, please see pictures, but it did not damage any component of the instrument. It won\'t power up and the power cord is frayed in many sections, so it needs immediate replacement. I checked the meter which needle moves when an ohm meter probe is applied to its terminals. I also checked thetransformercontinuityrandomlyand it shows continuity between the terminals I touched, so it is not burned open or badly damaged. No manual or tube chart. What you see is what you get. Great unit to restore an have on a vintage radio restorer\'s bench.
