This machine has been Restored and Modified \"RESTOFIED\" professionally by TechStar International, Inc., the AGIE Wire EDM innovators for over 25 years! We began with an AGIE DEM250 ( DEM612 )model machine and built upon this Swiss firms\' reputation for incredible accuracy and repeatability. Note the representative photo of the TechStar machine. When we\'re finished with the Mustang, it\'s in better than new condition, and with our modifications, performance and operation is at a far superior level! Example: When equipped with TechStar\'s revolutionary FAST-TRACK system, cutting rates have been shown to quadruple with no loss in accuracy!

The UV head travels 15mm to provide tapering ability with 120mm (4.72 in) of Z height travel. The CNC 100 control automatically produces Conical taper by simply entering the angle.Even the DI water filtration unitis fully refinished and nearly every hose, fitting, pipe and pump is replaced. We only use the highest quality TechStar US made pumps in our process. TechStar spends roughly 150 man hours making these machines beautiful and making your life a little more trouble free.

Our machines will only leave the facility equipped with the best. TechStar\'s patented HELIX diamond guide system uses a cylindrical current pick up that allows for 24 double life contact surfaces that can be indexed in no time flat with a hex key! Our TechCote Bottom Barrier is a nearly 1/8” thick, smooth and flexible finish withstands any type of impact without chipping!

Missing keys and burnt out bulbs are a thing of the past with our membrane keypads on both the machine tool and CNC cabinet. We test our machines to ensure ALL areas of the machine function at 100%. And the best part: We feel so strongly about our machine, it\'s got a warranty!

Returns:

To receive credit, you must return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will not however accept anything without prior approval and an RMA number. Please CALL to gain approval. We don\'t accept products that aren\'t in their original unmolested packaging.

If you feel your order was shipped in error, please check the part number on the box received against the part number you ordered. Shipping:

We will ship your item with whatever service you choose. Be aware of pros and cons BEFORE making your choice.

All aerosol and other flammable products can only be shipped via UPS Ground.

UPS provides exceptionally good domestic service. The price is fair, the service fast and it offers detailed tracking the whole way.

USPS priority mail is good for lightweight packages and offers low cost and typically fast service and a delivery confirmation. Be aware that the times that they give are ESTIMATED, not guaranteed like UPS. If you need an item by a certain day, USE UPS. We can also offer faster next day services. Please call for a quote. Be aware that USPS Parcel Post offers NO tracking and often is quite slow.

USPS service is also the best for any international shipments as costs are low and customs is often painless. Whenever you have us ship with a tracking numbered service, we will email it to you.

Our Shipping Department is staffed during normal business hours (8:00AM...5:00PM), 5 days a week. Your order can only be shipped while our shipping department is active. Orders placed during the weekend will not be processed \'til Monday. Orders placed in the evening will not be processed \'til the next morning. Our normal UPS and USPS pickup servicesare also limited to this schedule.
