The stall speed on this balanced and pressure tested converter will be 300-400RPM lower thenstock. The converter is designed for towing,RV\'s, and BETTER GAS MILEAGE.

Just for a reference, a stock converter will usually have a stall speed of around 1500-1600. There is absolutely \"no\" core charge, or need to return a core.
