Damage Claims

We insure your items against damages caused by UPS. You must contact us within 2 business days of receiving damaged items to file a damage claim. You must keep all original boxes and packaging materials. Damage claims usually take between 7 and 14 business days to process. A UPS representative will contact you after the claim has been filed.

Lost Items

If your item is not delivered within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us immediately. Lost Item Claims must be generated within 20 business days of purchase or UPS will disallow the claim. Lost Item Claims can take between 10 and 30 business days. We will replace you item after UPS has approved the claim

We will issue a replacement for your item AFTER UPS has has approved and refunded the claim. We will only issue a refund if the item is out of stock or no longer available for immediate shipping.
