The Ultimate Guitar Rig“The Box\"

This is the name that my band mates called this magical guitar players dream. Let me be crystal clear that the item you are offerding on is intended for serious professional guitar players. In other words if you are a hobbyist, beginner, etc. please do not offer on the guitar rig or“The Box\"

With that being said, you are offerding on a custom-built road warrior guitar rig. The rig is designed from the ground up to deliver Tone and Power. It is a stereo wet/dry system created to deliver effects with the punch of a true signal. In other words the effects do not destroy or degrade the original signal because of the wet/dry setup. I will explain this in more detail during the video below.

The following is included in The Ultimate Guitar Rig:

1. Mesa Boogie Mark IV head: All tube and the heart of the system
2. Mesa Boogie Triaxis: All tube preamp, designed for delivering tone and MIDI switchable.
3. Digital Media Corp system mix: This is the mixer that controls the amount of dry signal vs. wet signal in order to get the perfect balance out of the rig.
4. Custom built front input interface: This was created and designed by Mark Snyder who also built the entire rig for me. The interface allows you to interface the vol, wah, and midi connections to the rig.
5. Digital Media Corp GCX Audio Switcher: This is an 8-loop switcher to allow only the effects and amps needed at any one time. This keeps the signal chain clean and strong.
6. DBX 166A Compressor/Limiter: Adds compression and limiting as needed and how you want to set it.
7. TC Electronics G-Force with Artist expansion card: The heart of the effects. Select a preset or create your own. “The Box” and your creative mind there is nothing that you can’t dream up and produce live or in the studio.
8. Korg DL-8000R Digital Delay Unit: One of the best and most sought after units for creating delays. The sounds out of this thing are just incredible.
9. Rocktron Intellifex-LTD Effects unit: 24 bits DSP effects processor with HUSH noise reduction.
10. Crybaby DCR-1SR Rack mounted wah unit: Provides all different types of Wah effects using the included Wah controller.
11. Korg Toneworks DTR-1 Rack mounted guitar tuner: Always stay tuned with this unit.
12. Furman Power Conditioning Unit model AR-117: Provides the power to the rig: Hit the main switch and the whole rig lights up like a Xmas tree and protects all your equipment from any voltage irregularities.
13. Mesa Boogie Road case SUS-4: This is the super shock mount system road case that protects all the equipment while your touring the world.
14. Mesa Boogie Stereo 290 all tube power amp: This amp delivers the wet and dry signal to the 2 Mesa 2x12 cabs.
15. 2 Mesa Boogie 2x12 vertical cabs: These two cabs deliver the stereo signal with a mix of wet and dry that you set with the mixer in the rig.
16. 1 Mesa Boogie 1x12 cab: This cab sits on top of the power amp and delivers only the dry signal. This speaker gets its power from the Mark IV head. It contains one 12” Celestion G12 Vintage 30 speaker. If you know equipment this is the speaker to have to achieve tone nirvana.
17. An SKG road case for the Mesa 290 power amp
18. Custom built power supply to power all the units that require 9 volt wall warts. In other words no wall warts needed.
19. Custom built unit that acts as a speaker load so you can plug the rig into a mixing console and still get killer sounds without frying the console. It has a two user selected switch. In one position you are in live mode where you use the speakers in the other mode you plug into a board.

Remember that this is a touring piece of equipment and as such their will be scratches on the case and the speaker cabs may be nicked and such. The Mesastereo 290 has one of the holes to mount in the rack broken off. In no way does any of these things change the performance or usability of the system. These are cosmetic in nature and I am just disclosing these things to the pool of buyers. The only thing that one might want to do when you receive“The Box” is install new tubes. I have not done so in a fewyears. Again the system sounds awesome but new tubes will sound even better and quieter.
The Box will only be shipped, after payment is received in full, to the confirmed address that is listed in PayPal and . An adult will have to sign for it as well. Shipment will only be made to the lower 48 states. (Not Hawaii and Alaska).
