Morsco cannot guarantee replacement at no cost to the recipient when notified of damage after 7 days of receipt. Return Policy: Merchandise purchased through Morsco may be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund toward your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and Morsco may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable unless Morsco has made an error. The Customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.
