*****UPDATE**** I added new pics I just took today. I just checked everything.. All gauges appear to be working except the amp meter (but alternator is charging fine). Headlights work on regular lo-beam but hi-beams are not hooked up to switch (switch has been replaced). Cab light works in the front cab but not in rear. Heater/defroster blower works. Passenger side wiper arm is missing but motor works. Horn works. I heard an exhaust manifold gasket leak today when I was driving it around showing a local interested party. Depending on date of pickup, I may be able to replace that before it leaves. It\'s a $10-12 gasket...
Thiokol Spryte 1201-C. 300 cu. in. Ford 6-cylinder industrial gas engine. C6 automatic transmission. OC-12 rear end. Has been professionally maintained with excellent tracks, sprockets, and urethane filled tires.
Rear custom cab is wider than typical Spryte cab. Original front cab is a 2-seater with the back wall still intact. This wall (or windows) can be removed to communicate with passengers in the rear cab if desired. No seats currently in rear cab.
Year is estimated at 1975 based off of serial number range. It is not stamped on the vehicle. This is an early \"C\" style Spryte as indicated by the dash panel being located in front of the sticks rather than over the motor doghouse.
Hour meter is likely NOT original but I have no way of verifying.
10\' wide tracks. However, this late style track can be easily cut down to 8\'6\" wide for legal towing without a permit. I can offer this modification at no charge.
