This is a Toledo Scale. As advertised \"Honest Weight\". This particular scale was in use in a NASA research center in Hampton, Virginia. On the face it states \"Front Side Drag\". I\'m told this was a scale that was used in measuring forces of pressure when calibrating aerodynamic items. This is just the face of the scale and is not operational. I have dismantled and cleaned this item. I have rigged it so it has no moving parts when being moved. It is large and a very interesting looking. Relatively heavy but one person can move it. Would be great conversational piece for any collector of different and unique items. I have 3 available. One states \"Front Side Drag\", 2nd one states \"Rear Side Drag\", and last one states \"East Front Lift\". Weights approx 100 lbs. model #9070. Shows the \"Add Pounds\" at the bottom which ranged from 1000-9000 lbs.. Has 1-1200 graduations.
