The TORO stickers for the handlebar are die-cut in red vinyl and stick directly onto the aluminium handlebar unit.
The red TORO section of the decals measures 5 inches on the long side. The overall length of the decals is 7 1/2 inches.

The decal is self adhesive, no water is required to install.
[1] Locate the position you wish to install the decal.[2] Peel the decal with its attached cover paper off the paper backing.[3] Hold the decal and cover paper in position with a piece of tape at the top, but holding clear of the surface.[4] Moving downwards and across, slowly stick the decal, especially trying to avoid trapping air bubbles. Then gently smooth over the surface.[5] Peel away the cover paper to fully reveal the decal.
