We are an avenue for anyone, (athletes, teams, shops, reps, companies, you) to free up space and put your unused product in the hands of people who will give it a second life.

  • About PROCESSOrders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sunday).
    We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment.
    
    LOCAL PICKUPSFREE local pickups.
    
    Local payments must be made through \'s check out. We no longer accept payment in store. Simply select Local Pickup under shipping options and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

    DOMESTIC ORDERSWe ship all orders via FedEx and USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your PayPal account.

    COMBINED SHIPPINGWe offer a combined shipping discount for customers wishing to purchase multiple items. Buyers can continue to shop for seven (7) days after winning their first sale. Once finished, select combined shipping and your order will reflect our combined shipping discount.
    
    If combined shipping is not reflected at time of checkout please request a revised invoice via prior to making payment. Due to high volume of daily shipments, we are unable to delay or hold shipment of any item(s).
    
    US and Canada combined shipping is $1 per additional item weighing less than one pound and $3 per additional item weighing over one pound.

        In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
        
        There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of The Pro\'s Closet should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
