Items are all in good cosmetic condition.
You will receive:
Trimble TDC2 with case. Unit powers up when connected to DC power supply.
Trimble GPS Antenna, base and 4 part stand.
Trimble Beacon / GPS
Cables, including data and battery cables.
4 slot battery charger and power supply.
2 batteries (we cannot guarantee condition or life of batteries).
3 Trimble cases (includes Trimble TDC2 case) and 1 black generic case for cables.
We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard as payment.
We DO NOT accept wire transfers or international credit card payments.
We ship all items within the US via UPS Ground Residential as quoted by the shipping calculator. We will combine shipping on multiple items, but items over 25 lbs are not eligible for a combined shipping discount.
Multiple purchases are automatically combined into a single order/invoice. However, any order over 21 days old will automatically be closed, and any new purchases will go into a new order.
Sorry, but we DO NOT ship via any other carrier (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.).

We ship all of our ground/air international shipments via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please use the rate calculator to the right for a shipping quote. This quote will include transportation and routine in-house customs clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (which are likely to be applicable) and all other applicable charges. We will NOT classify items as "Gifts," so, please, do not ask. We will not refund any payments on returns that are a result of non-payment of taxes or duties. International customers are not permitted to arrange their own shipping.
Additional import duties, taxes, and charges may not be included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick up the item -- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

General -- What you see
Our items are sold "as described." We stand 100% behind what is written in our listings, and we guarantee all of our items against DOA unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
PLEASE NOTE: If you think an accessory should be with this item, and it is not pictured or not mentioned, it is not included.
We do not intentionally "hide" information about what we sell! We list a very large variety of items, and we do our best to describe our items as accurately as we can with the experience that we have. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our prices are not necessarily an indication of value. We list most of our items with a very low opening offer. If they sell low, then you just got a great CIE deal! We want you to be able to trust that what you see is what you get, and we want you to feel confident enough to come back to us when you can't find what you need anywhere else.
We photograph all of our items individually except when we occasionally list in quantity or sell new items. If the description does not say otherwise, the images displayed are of the actual item for sale.
Email / Contact
We answer customer emails regularly during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST). If you ask a question on a weekend or holiday, we will answer your question promptly on the following business day.
If you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange a full refund or product exchange. Items returned for any other reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee ($20 minimum). We must receive the returned item(s) within two weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
Items listed as "refurbished" have been restored to their original working and cosmetic condition BY US (CIE Surplus) here at our warehouse or by a team we directly contracted to do the work. These items are guaranteed to be fully functional and in excellent cosmetic condition.
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind. (As long as the item shipped is the correct item listed, of course.)
We are happy to leave positive response as soon as your on-time payment clears, and we appreciate your positive response if your transaction is satisfactory. Remember, we are always willing to work with you on any problems you may experience, so please contact us before leaving negative response. Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of sale close with no contact or payment arrangement will be added back into our inventory, and an non-paying-buyer claim will be filed.
We list an enormous variety of items and could never fully test the calibration of most of them. We will report on any indicated calibrations, and, if nothing is indicated, you can assume the item's calibration has expired. Even in the event that an item's calibration is indicated as current, we do not know the exact history of most of the items we get, so those calibrations serve only as a guide -- we cannot guarantee them, and we do not generally calibrate items ourselves.
Because of the volatile nature of batteries, specifically used batteries, CIE makes no guarantee on the life of batteries unless otherwise mentioned in a listing. If we are aware of a battery's condition (by itself or as part of another item listed), we will pass that information on, but refunds will never be given in the event of battery malfunction EXCEPT in the instance that we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing.
We charge sales tax on all of our customers in VA unless proper exclusion documentation is provided.
