- Item is in working condition as far as powering on and seeing the Line Dial register ready for line test. (I have included a picture showing the dial when plugged in) I don\'t have any tubes to test to verify other parts. This was owned by my Dad and it is in great condition to look at it. It leaves me to believe everything else works but I can\'t say for certain beyond plugging it in.
