Good usable condition, comes with shifter fork inside, minor weld repair on rear does not effect its operation and if it were grinded down and painted you would never know it was there. See pictures

Overview- Most of what I sell are used items and may have some normal wear and tear,any defects beyond this I will describe and/or show them in the pictures. Someitems that I’m unable to test or I’m selling on behalf of someone else anddon’t know enough details about an item. In these listings I will disclose thislack of information and write it blatantly in the item description (e.g. “notsure of its working condition”). This does not mean item does not work or isbroken and I will still refund your payment if item is defective. If there isever a problem with an item I will do everything in my power to make it right.I am not out to try and pull any fast-ones on anybody but mistakes althoughrare do happen. Questions about anitem – Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to anyquestions as I am not able to get to a computer during the day and sometimes Idon’t work a normal schedule. Please read the description and look at thepictures carefully as the answer to your question may be in the descriptionand/or pictures.

Payments– Please pay for items in a timely manner, I prefer paypal for shippable itemsbut will also accept checks on a case by case basis. You must contact me firstbefore offerding if you plan on paying with a check. If you pay for an item witha check I will not ship the item until the payment clears and this can take upto 10 business days from receipt of payment. Larger items that will be pickedup (cars, trucks, trailers, atvs, jetskis, etc.) will be paid for in cash attime of pickup. Shipping– Please use Shipping Calculator to determine shipping cost for items not beingshipped flat rate. I have provided the calculator with necessary and accurate shipping information such as weight and dimensions. If shipping price seemshigh please keep in mind that rates and fees are continually rising, shippersround up to the nearest pound and shippers also have extra fees to deliver toaddresses in the middle of no-where. To help keep costs down I recycle andreuse shipping materials. I prefer to ship USPS and I will provide trackingnumbers, look for the tracking number in your summary. Shipping insuranceupon request and paid by the buyer. Keep in mind when I calculate weight anddimensions of an item to be shipped the weight is the item + packagingmaterials weight, and dimensions are the dimensions of the packaging. I packagein the smallest package possible (taking care to protect delicate items) tokeep costs down as much as possible. I will not ship out of the United Statesbecause I get burned on the shipping time and time again or customs holds upthe package and I get nasty emails from people. Packages do get lost sometimesthough it is few and far between, if this happens to your item please allow metime to contact the shipper and determine that it is lost for good before Irefund your payment, thanks.

Returns- If there is a major defect with an item that I have not described in thelisting and the pictures don’t show such a defect I will refund the buyerspayment. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item. If the buyeris not satisfied with an item that has been described fully, accurately andpictures show detail of any wear, tear or defect (within reason), the buyer willbe responsible for the return shipping cost and item must be returned within 14days of receipt of item.
