Two Antique Centaur 2G Tractors:
$2000.00

I am selling a pair of rare Centaur tractors. I bought these with intentions of restoring but i just have too many other projects. Pictures show you the condition and parts included. One appears to be almost complete. I have the transmission and gas tank that are missing from the other. I included the picture of those parts also. They each include wheel extensions and the cleats. One is a narrow extension and the other is the wider extension which are very rare. Both transmissions are free. One of the motors will not turn over by hand, but it will rock. I am slowly working on trying to free it up.The outside casing of the block is busted on the less complete one (where the water was held), but the piston sleeves appear to be fine. There are threaded holes where someone tried to attach a panel to seal it back off. I have a friend that has two of these, and both of them have had a plate with gasket attached to the outside and they both hold water. So basically, I think that block is still usable with a cover. That motor is loose. On the more complete tractor the block appears to be in good shape, with no visible cracks. It appears that most of the parts are there. You will need a good radiator (or someone that can fix the current one) and the radiator frame. You will need to make new linkage from the driver to the controls (transmission, etc). The linkage appears to have been steel rod that has rusted away. The drive chain is there, rusted solid, but appears complete. If someone is familiar with these, I think there is definitely enough to make a good tractor, with lots of spare parts left over. Or, just part them out. If you need specific pictures or more information just let me know.Local pick up preferred. We could possibly work out a delivery for a pre-determined fee, depending on distance. Please contact me to discuss prior to purchase. Thanks
