Magnus spawn. Beware of the beast. The Minnus weighs in at 32.5 pounds/15Kg slightly positive in Fresh water (neutral at depth), and has a ~45 minute runtime on top speed, 90 minutes on cruise. Top speed is faster than a N-19, in the 210 to 240 fpm range, but not as quick as the brutal Magnus. Cruise range should be impressive, with it\'s pulse width modulated (PWM) 3-speed electronic speed control. More cruise range than a UV-26. We have waited a long time to do a small scooter our way, without compromises in speed, corrosion prone construction, exotic but inappropriate materials or inferior NiMH battery chemistry. The Minnus retains the time proven, corrosion/maintenance free, rugged HDPE construction. We have listened to Submerge divers and eliminated the legacy nose spring clips. (Hoorah!) Unlike the Magnus, the Minnus features a sealed motor compartment. Like all our advanced chemistry battery packs, the Minnus features a fully sealed battery pack. Your dive boat deck hand will thank you for the full-size machined carry handle. Thrust is compatible with tech/rebreather/configurations. Depth rating equals the N-19 which has been dived on the Carpathia at 525 feet. You will take Minnus on more dives than before, and you will have the confidence inspired by a UV-26 length runtime that won\'t be the limiting factor in your dive planning
