I assume it is used - look at pic of the head. But as you can see in the pics it is in well cared for condition.
I was able to hook it up my DC adapter to the contacts on the back (2 little prongs on back) and test the play, ffwd, rewind functions but I do not have a 8 track to test sound. What you see pictured is included with your purchase - absolutely nothing else included
