The items I sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. I do not test the items I sell for full functionality... most items that plug in are tested for basic function only. I do offer a no hassle 14 day return policy (see below). Please don\'t purchase as a brand new item and our transaction will be very smooth. If you are not sure if something is included in the sale please ask, don\'t assume it is or isn\'t. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but If I miss something, I am only human... We can do a fast return and move on. You can see from my response I don\'t list items that are known bad.

Illinois Residents are charged sales tax of 8.75% at checkout... I know, I dont like it either
SHIPPING:
Most items I do a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping for the first sale and each additional sales are $3 each with combined shipping. For example: purchase 5 sales and shipping will cost $20.95 ($8.95 + $3 + $3 + $3 + $3). All sales must end within 7 days of each other and must be paid together on one invoice. will automatically update shipping cost as you pay.
All packages are shipped UPS Ground USPS priority mail FED EX unless otherwise stated in listing, 99.9% of all my shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. I do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days UPS depending on where you live.
Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are excluded from $8.95 shipping.
Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase and will email you the number once I print the label.
Shipping insurance: I do insure all shipments I send out.
I only shipped to the confirmed address you have in and paypal.

I encourage you to ask any questions you may have, please don\'t assume anything. In an attempt to keep normal hours (seems like selling on is a 24/7 job) I will respond to emails during the hours of 9am-3pm (Central time) Monday thru Saturday, Sunday I will relax!. if you no longer need the item or aren\'t 100% satisfied please send it back for a full refund... no questions asked. I don\'t do partial refunds so don\'t even ask or \"fish\" (so many people out there doing response extortion ruined this). I really always prefer you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need. I\'ll take the loss on the shipping charge sending it to you and buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with UPS.
If you feel the item is not as described Please contact me before opening a case with . I can possibly send you parts or we can do an exchange or return for a full refund. I always make sure the buyer is taken care of and opening a case I find rather harsh. simply click \"contact seller\", select \"returns\" and send me a message.
There will be a neon colored piece of paper in with your item that gives you the return instructions and address... basically, just write your user name on the box and send it back and I\'ll refund you within 24 hours.
