The shipping cost is for standard dock height freight delivery. There may be additional charges for delivery in certain areas, lift gate service, the presence of stairs, etc.
Terms and Conditions
The equipment you are purchasing from RSI is used. RSI does not guarantee the life expectancy of any existing parts or supplies. Unless noted, all machines are tested before they are listed to ensure basic operating functions. Prior to shipping, RSI technicians clean machines.
Setup and installation by a factory trained technician is highly recommended.
In the case of units purchased for computer connectivity printing, a trained service technician may be necessary in the installation.
A professionally trained technician may need to make adjustments to the equipment due to the vibration or motion of the product during shipping
Local pickup is available. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. There may be handling charges added for additional packaging for shipments, such as palletizing, bubble wrap, etc. For calculation of freight charges in case of additional factors, you may send an email your shipping address. Please specify (1) whether the location is a residence or business site, (2) if there is a dock height warehouse at the location (for businesses), and (3) whether there are any stairs involved in the delivery or if it just needs to be lowered to ground level from a truck (if it is not dock height). You will be notified within 2 business days of your winning offer with a request for payment and complete shipping information. Winning buyers are expected to complete payment within 3 days of initial notification of winning offer. You can expect to receive your order within 10-14 business days.
RSI is not responsible for freight related damages. It is the customer\'s responsibility to fully inspect the equipment when it arrives and note any shipping damage on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a freight claim. If you do incur freight related damages, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier.
No additional warranties, either expressed or implied, exist.
