Standard Shipping:

LTL Freight Shipping:

-Freight Shipping is calculated by product, cost, weight and delivery destination.
-Many shipments are too large, too heavy, or too fragile to be shipped via package service and so they must be shipped by an LTL freight carrier.
-ContractorsStock is not liable for damages that occur during shipment. -Upon delivery, the driver will provide a delivery receipt to be signed by the customer, as acknowledgement that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition.
-Any problems, such as damages or shortages, MUST be noted on the receipt.
-No claims can be made without this information and ContractorsStock will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with the carrier.
-Carriers will contact customers before delivery and if they are not able to reach the consignee with information provided (i.e. phone numbers, etc) within a 3-5 business days, storage fees begin to accrue at $75 a week.
-If no contact is made after a determined amount of time, the product will be re-routed back to ContractorsStock and any storage fees, return freight costs, and restock fees will apply and be withheld on any refunds to be processed for the returned product.

Returns:

-All returns must be authorized by a representative.
-Buyer must contact us within 15 days after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form for any items ordered.

-There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error.
-Return shipping cost will be the buyer\'s expense, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error.
-Any orders returned without prior authorization will incur a 25% restocking fee.
-Any orders returned due to \"Undeliverable Address\" will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

-Refund will be given as money back through the original payment method.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise noted, all of our merchandise is new and carries the manufacturer\'s original warranty. Merchandise lost or damaged in shipping (with the exception of USPS First Class International Mail) will be replaced at our cost. All warranty returns, refunds and/or exchanges must be authorized by a representative.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer\'s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
