This is a very old hand forged iron and Sterling Silver Inlay Antique Gal Leg Bit--the Cowboys all really liked the lady or gal leg bits/spurs--this one has had years of use --and lots of eye appeal
The bit is 4-3/4 in. wide--1-5/8 in. wide concho (one has a small pin hole in it) 7-1/4 in. long shanks--old lip chain--2-1/4 in. high port with roller--if you look at pics you can see how mouth piece was attached to the cheeks, which is a very early style--it is a very collectible or usable bit---I do not see any mark on it---thanks for looking.....
