Complete set of castings for Bert Hannigan\'s Pre War Tether Car Engine. I made the castings about 30years ago. I used the lost wax method to produce them. Made from 350 alloy and heat treated for strength and easy machining. I will include my rough hand drawings which have all the correct machining dimensions. Will also include copies of all documentation on the engine. Three of the pictures show the head fins being cut on my lathe with slitting knives . The bypass channels being milled out using a long shank ball end mill and almost finished engine after machining.
