This is a surplus Vietnam era military headset that wasdesigned for use under the regular steel helmet or the armored vehicle crash helmet. TheHeadset H-113/U consists of two earphones which are mounted on an adjustable headband, and a connecting cord and plug. The earphones are provided with rubber ear cushions. The cord extends approximately 18 inches from the right- hand earphone, and is terminated in a plug. The headset has an impedance of 600 ohms at 1,000 cycles per second.It looks like it is brand new, and has been plugged into a professional recording device and is in working condition.
