    If you are not satisfied with your purchase,please Contact Us for a Return Authorization (RA)

    request within 14 calendar days of the receiptof the product.

    Special orders that are Configure-to-order,personalized or other customized products may not be returned forrefundor exchange under any circumstances unless defective on arrival.

    If the item is returned unopened in the originalbox, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method ofpayment.

    The product must be returned to our warehousewithin 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RA.

    All openedproducts must be packed in theoriginal, unmarked packaging including any accessories, withmanuals,documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
