The outside on this is black as pictured on the box. Maxi series No. 2201c classic 4 square waffle iron. Never been used still has the tags on it and except forthe bottom of the boxbeing set in something wet at some time. Since the waffle iron was in Styrofoam packing it was untouched and still looks and operates like new.
