VintageBrown & Black Panda Bear made by Stern Stuffed Toys & Novelty Co., NY. I would guess that this is 1950\'s or earlier, but, can not be sure. Measures approximately 17\" from toes to top of head. It has a bell in one ear. Tag is torn/fraying, there is wear on seams, and a couple of threads hanging. The black hairs are shedding also. I believe the eyes are plastic. The nose isn\'t quite centered as can be seen in the pictures. It feels like the arms have a stiff wire running through them. Not sure about the legs. No idea what it\'s stuffed with. Overall I would say decent condition. THE BROWN MAY BE A BIT DARKER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW AND THERE IS A SLIGHT ODOR FROM BEING IN STORAGE FOR MANY YEARS.
