Vintage Variable Adjustable Funeral Home Rheostat Champion pump speed control
This Champion electric control was taken from a mortuary sale and used to vary the speed of the aspirator pumps and possibly the embalming machines through a rheostat control. The switch is dated by the patent number to be in the early 1930\'s. It is free moving and the actuator switch (on - off), works great. I have not taken this apart nor have I tested it. This is a piece of history before the electronics age. Perfect for any steam punk decor or art.
