Vintage 1947 Woofy Wagger Dog Fisher Price Child\'s Pull Toy #447 is a very early and rare Fisher Price Waggy Woofer Child\'s Dog Pull Toy #447. He was only madefor two years in 1947-48 so he isextremelyhard to find! Especially in this condition! He stands about9.5\" tall and has a length of 9\". I find it very interesting that on Woofy\'s right side he has the artistssignature appearing on his litho. That\'s something they haven\'t done for a very long time!
He has some light playwear damage with minimal litho staining. Please see the photos to see howbeautiful he is. He has his original wheels, there are no chips, cracks or missing pieces with theexception of his pull string, all painted surfaces are original. His tail still wags back and forth and his barkor growler gear underneath works, but it does not sound very scary ...or friendly for that matter, andhis wheels squeak.
He has a book value of several hundred dollars when in perfect condition..while this Woofy isn\'tperfect, he\'s a pretty darn good doggie, and a fully usable & collectible Fisher Price toy...and tons better than any other examples of him that I\'ve seen recently on !
