Vintage 1949 Philco Transitone Brown Bakelite Tube Radio Model 49-500. Please see pictures for they are part of the description! The bakelite case is in great condition, nice shine, no cracks, (1 very tiny hard to see fleck chip top back left corner...see pic #5). Original knobs work fine, the cord is a little stiff, the tubes and light bulb light up but the radio only hums and doesn\'t pick up any radio stations. Back fiberboard cover is missing. This radio is a cool retro display piece! Thank you for looking!
