DESCRIPTION:Up for your consideration is a vintage 1960\'s binder full of literature pertaining to Ariens products. This binder outlines some items such as Emperor, Rocket, Jet, Sno-Thro, Fairway, Trac-Team and Manorway. The binder does have some damage from improper storage such as binder cover is a little warped, binder cover has some small cracks, paint loss as well as a lot of stains. The binder is stained by probably grease or garage dirt and feels a little greasy or sticky to the touch.  The pages inside have  damage as well. Edges as well as areas over the pages are discolored/stained, bent, have dirt/grime stuck on etc. Some of the pages have ripped out of the binder. The whole binder may have an odor as I think it was stored in a garage or shop. Binder sold AS IS only. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Please refer to the photos for the best description as what you see is exactly what you get. Additional photos available upon request. Please ask all questions PRIOR to purchase.

I reserve the right not to sell to any buyer who is in default of thiscondition.
2. Destinations: Unless stated otherwise, I only ship to destinations within thecontinental United States. Buyers must live in Countries that I agree to ship to. Items will only beshipped to buyers directly, no third party involvement!
3. Accessibility: If access to this listing is impeded in any way due to an malfunction, during the last 2 hours of the sale, regardless of the length of time involved, Ireserve the right not to sell this listing to the winning buyer.
4. Winning buyer(s): PLEASE wait for me to send you an invoice beforepaying. Most of the time, I wait till an item sells before packing it. 5. Definitions: Throughout these terms, “winning buyer” and “buyer“ are TERMS:
   1. Shipping & Handling Charges: Includes delivery confirmation (tracking),packing material, a small handling fee, and a 9% fee charges Seller’s on shipping cost.Place your offer assuming the shipping costs are fixed. Please do not buy the item and thencomplain about high shipping costs! No one is making you buy the item. Please know that myprimary concern is to get the item to you safely, not to make money off you.
   2. Handling Time: Items are typically pack and ready for shipment (handling)within one business day from the date I receive notification that your payment clears. Wheneverpossible, packages will be taken to the post office within one business day from the date paymentclears. Regardless, I will always keep you posted.
   3. Local Pick­Up: Items advertised for “Local Pick­Up Only” MUST BEPICKED UP NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS following the end of the sale, unless mutuallyagreed to otherwise.

   PAYMENT TERMS:

   1. Payment: Through Paypal, unless agreed to otherwise before the end of thelisting. For “Local Pick­Up” items, payment is to be made in cash at the time of pick­up.
   2. Due Date: With the exception of local pick­ups, buyer agrees to make totalpayment within 48 hours following the receipt of the initial invoice. If you cannot makepayment, within this time frame (due to work, family commitments, vacation, etc.), please notifyme before you offer, not after! Thank you!

   RETURN POLICY:

   1. Standards: I treat my buyers the way I want to be treated as a customer.Every effort is made to accurately represent the item(s) being listed, but ultimately, the buyershould be fully satisfied with all aspects of this listing prior to placing a offer (purchase). If you haveany questions you should contact me before you offer, not after.
   2. Refunds: Buyer must notify the Seller of any issues within 48 hours ofconfirmed delivery date. Where it has been mutually agreed to, beforehand, item(s) can be returnedreturned for a refund within 30 days of this notification. Refunds will be limited to the maximum of thewinning offer amount only. No costs will be reimbursed for shipping charges (packing, postage,insurance, tracking, etc.) either way. Buyer will be responsible for prepaying all costs associatedwith shipping the item(s) back to the seller. The amount refunded, will be conditional on theitem(s) being received back in the same condition they were shipped out in. I do not offerrefunds due to buyer‘s remorse.
