1961 Texaco Tanker North Dakota. Missing rudder and 1 blade of the propeller. Otherwise complete. Does not run, but has motor and the propeller shaft turns freely. Battery compartment has minor corrosion, but all parts seem to be accessible. I believe it can be brought back to operating condition by someone enjoying this type of work. Minimal scratches, just needs a good dusting.
