A Japan-made vintage (1966)Tin Litho Melody Trainby Matsuzo Kosugein very good+ condition showing only minimal age/handling wear (no tarnish and squeaky clean battery compartment). It measures 7\" long, 2.5\" wide, and 5.5\" high. I believe the train is in working condition…I tested it with a \"D\" cell battery (not included) and the power wheels turned and the on/off lever works. However, I believe the Loco requires a special track as the Loco may have been part of a play set (and it\'s the track that creates the melody). Separate from the track, when you put the Loco on a flat surface, the power wheels stop moving as there\'s another mechanism that turns along with the power wheels, which may require the specialized track, but not any flat surface. Hope all that makes sense. All the mechanics aside, it\'s a great looking piece! Genuine vintage, not a reproduction.
