With gold Steiff ear button and white tag on his ear and Limited Edition numbered tag on his chest and another tag on his chest, both in yellow and red and in German.

Condition:

Looks excellent.

Notes:

This cute little German Band Lion has a unique provenance. He is holding a trumpet, and was owned by a famous American Trumpeter & composer by the name of Frank Ryerson. We were at an Estate sale at his home here in Florida and got this cute toy. He had it prominently displayed. The lion is wearing anavy hat and jacketwith gold & red trim holding his trumpet.Since the tags are all in German, perhaps this one was sold in Germany as opposed to the United States. We also got a little bit of other ephemera, (a few telegrams) from his Estate and will try and list those too.

Please note: After I took the photos I realized I forgot to put his little cap on. His cap is fine and present and you can see it in the first pic!
