A Vintage 3 PIECE ARTISAN PUZZLE / JEWELRY / TRINKET BOXBy (or in the style of?) RICHARD ROTHBARD.A carved wood puzzle box. No signature visible, but possibly made by, or at least in the style of, craftsman Richard Rothbard (bottom has felt on it which I have not removed).
With a felt lined interior compartment that is revealed after two interlocking pieces are removed.
3 pieces altogether that all interlock to form a tree-stump form sculpture.
The wood used (cedar?) is beautiful and handcrafted expertly.
In very good overall condition with some heavy rubbing / scratching to sides and a crack on top.
Measures approximately 5 inches tall by 5 x 5-1/2 inches wide.
