I have no idea who made this spectacular little doll buggy or where it was made. Brown wicker basket above black wheels. Wheels feel like painted black wood. Above them feels like black painted metal. Then the white satiny feel hood with lots of lace that you can move down if you unhook the two white strings attatched to a faux pearl button on each front side of the buggy. Buggy has two white ribbons on front of the handle. Handle has on each side the black painted metal looped around with a brown wooden handle on front. Thin white lace around and in front of brown wicker basket on top. Then the white satiny feel material inside the bussy. Approx 6\" high to top of basket then approx 10\" at it\'s highest point from the wheels to the top of the hood. Buggy moves and rolls also.
