Whata wonderful set! Two well done bisque reproductions of the famous German antique Bye Lo Baby- one in blue, one in ivory- and a darling basket for them to nestle in! No chips or cracks, just beauty!Some slight vintage wear and dust as to be expected; no box or papers.

Donot expect our vintage items to be in new or like new condition- manyof our items are fragile, played with, and many are over 100 yearsold. Many of our items have been in storage for years, soif you are allergic to dust, or sensitive to certain scents orsmells, we do not recommend purchasing vintage items.
Inthe rare event that there is a problem with an item, just sit back,take a deep breath, and tell us about it calmly. We have not set outto scam you: we try hard to be accurate with descriptions- but we\'rehuman, and might have missed something that’s important to you. Useyour own good common sense, ask questions before an sale ends, andexpect an item to have a unique patina and history all its own- withimperfections inherent in antique pieces!
Ouroffice hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5 pm, Eastern StandardTime. We cannot answer emails unless they come through the message system- this protects both parties. Please do not expect aresponse during evening or weekend hours- with any luck we are outdoing something fun, far far away from the computer!

We haveseen an unfortunate, but increasingly common, tactic crop up: thincomplaints, always accompanied by a request for a partial refund,saying that an item is \'not as described\'. When buying somethingpreowned, it\'s easy for a less than honest buyer to pick a flaw outof the air and attempt to secure a partial refund over imagined orexaggerated \'imperfections\'. Ifsomeone is looking for a way to get money back, sure, one can alwaysfind something, anything at all, despite any seller\'s carefullywritten description. WE ALWAYS FIGHT THIS TYPE OF NONSENSE. If youlike something, keep it. If you don\'t, return it under the guidelinesabove. Those are the choices. So if there is anyone out there who iseven considering employing this tactic, please pass us by.
