Payment must be received within 3 days of the close of the sale via credit or debit card via PayPal or an eCheck initiated via PayPal or ProPay within 3 days of the close of the listing. Payments received after the 3 day deadline are subject to return and the item could be relisted. (Since we are selling for others we strive to get their $ to them as quickly as possible.) We do NOT take credit cards over the phone. Please note that we no longer accept any form of paper payment. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and use recycled materials whenever possible. We package your items carefully and professionally so that they will arrive safely. We ship daily Monday through Friday and will process your order as quickly as possible. Your purchase will be shipped within 7 days, as per rules. We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time and we do NOT ship to APO addresses. Requests for international shipping will not be answered.
Items can also be picked up at our office during business hours to save on shipping costs if you are located in the area of Greencastle PA, 17225. You may also pay for your item in cash at the time of pickup.

For Items Damaged In Transit - If the item was damaged in transit please keep ALL packaging and contents and contact us immediately. Do not dispose of anything. The package may need to be inspected in order to fulfill the carrier insurance claim requirements.
As with any volume seller we have our share of bad responses. Please keep in mind that these transactions are the rare few who either don't wish to communicate with us prior to leaving response or are simply inconsolable. While we respect their opinions, we also realize that we cannot possibly make everyone happy. If there is a problem we ask that you contact us immediately. Do not attempt to disassemble the item, replace parts or otherwise modify the item. We DO NOT issue partial refunds. It MUST be returned to us in the condition it was sent out. We accept (approved) returns if sent back to us within 3 days of receipt. Contact us for return approval and repackage the item as it was received - in the same box with the same internal void fill. If the box has been damaged or has deteriorated in transit, a new box might be necessary.
The buyer is responsible for initial return shipping costs. In some cases we can refund return shipping costs but we cannot determine that until we have received the item and inspected the item. Return shipping will be reimbursed as the same rate as the original shipping costs. (If initial shipping was $12, return shipping will also be refunded at a rate of $12.) Please be sure to insure the items during shipping. Items damaged in transit during the returns process will be the responsibility of the sender (which means you would be responsible for filing an insurance claim with your carrier).
