Vintage Bromwell\'s 3 Cup Measuring Sifter Metal Tin with Wooden Crank Handle was made in Michigan City, IND 46560, USA. There are a few very small spots that have mild rust, but this can easily be cleaned up with light sanding or TSP or what ever method of your own choosing. Sme people prefer to just leave it the way it is, your choice. Measures almost 6 inches tall and sifter is 4.25 inches in diameter. Photo 5 (last photo) shows a shinny spot. This item was found in a junk shop that had put a price tag on it and when removed, the shinny spot appeared. I\'d like to have all shinny but my wife likes it the way it is!?!?!
