Offered is this vintage original Cairns 880 fire helmet that was manufactured in 1974 per the label inside. The helmet is complete with bourke style eyeshields and the original liner. It is in overall very good condition. The leather front shield is from the Orbisonia Rockhill Fire Department which is located in Pennsylvania. This town is famous for the Railroad and museum there. Located in Huntington County close to Shirleysburg, Mount Union, Mcveytown,and Lewistown. A very fine helmet for any collection.
