Clock is used. Runs good. We tested it for a few minutes and the minute hand was moving properly. We did not test long enough for the hour hand to move, but motor was running fine.
Minute hand is in good condition. The hour hand is bent/misshapen and has paint loss (see pictures). Both are made of a flimsy metal.Back of the clock has a crack in the plastic (currently taped, see pictures).
Measures 18\" round.
Clock has some paint on the edges. We did not try to remove any of it. Looks like it would come off fairly easy.
Overall in good used condition. No dents.
