VINTAGE CORGI TOYS JAGUAR E-TYPE 2+2 COUPE 335-A2 Red Very Good Condition 1:43CONDITION
Very good condition: a few paint chips - NOTE - the previous owner daubed paint over some of the chips (see detail images 9, 10, 11 of some of the daubs), otherwise paint is very good, shiny, no corrosion, rubber tires excellent, chrome very good with some wear-off, windows clear, and the type two diecast 3D wire wheels (very rare and hard to find as these were at the tail end of the rubber tires era, before Whizzwheels) are super cool. Hood opens, doors open, seats tilt forward, rear 2+2 seats slide forward, rear hatch opens, copper exhaust and all windows, interior trim and rear hatch Jaguar 4.2L sticker intact. Except for the few paint daubs this is a really nice hard-to-find in red \'68 Corgi Jaguar 4.2L 2+2. SELLER\'S COMMENT
I\'ve been collecting diecast cars since I was 4 (see my profile pic). I grew up smack dab in the middle of the Golden Age of Diecast Cars -\'68-\'75. Got my first Corgi at seven in \'69. When we moved to Canada in \'69-\'70 Dad would bring home Corgis, Dinky Toys, Husky\'s, and Superfast Matchbox cars (Hot Wheels were not yet sold in Canada). After we moved back the kids across the street and I would buy, trade, race, and sometimes customize our cars. To this day, I buy, sell, and occasionally restore, and customize, miniature diecast cars as my hobby.I make every attempt to assess the fair market value for diecast cars I sell. I review current models on , their condition and their pricing, including buy it now and watch sale sales. I also use The Unauthorized Encyclopedia of Corgi Toys by Manzke and Corgi Toys by Edward Force as guidelines. Keep in mind however, that \"value\" is subjective. A mint car to one person may only be very good to another. It all depends on what you\'re looking to collect and to accept.Packs and ships same day. International shipping available.
