This insane medical device is something you would never want used on you.Do your research.It looks like it is all there but I am unsure soul please look at the photographs carefully. All of the little compartments seemed to be full.The box is in very nice condition.This device looks pretty old. My guess is it is from the 1930s.Please look at the photographs carefully because what you see in the photographs will be exactly what you will receive.Thank you. John
