She is wearing a yellow dress with stars. I can see a couple of spots on her hair that may be paint loss but I can\'t tell for sure or if they are bows.. All original (except dome) and authentic from the 1940\'s -1950\'s.She is missing the original dome which was normallyacrylic or glass. She hasa replacement which is just a glass domebut would suggest finding one with a better fit or custom make one.
