I was told by the old gentleman that it was given to him, as a counter display for decoys that he sold in his hardware store
in southwest Minnesota...(possibly Herters)...It is made of rubber.
I am a private picker and most of the items that I list are FRESH ESTATE FINDS. If there are any visible condition issues, I will do my best to make you aware of such.
