It belonged to my Father-in-law, who was an appliance service man for Monongahela Power Company in Parkersburg, WV. He went to work here after the Korean war until retirement servicing appliances. It was found in his garage. Plastic covered 3 ring binder. I wiped it off some, but still shows dirt and marks from storage. The edges of the pages are dirty and his name is on the front of each section. The pages are in good, solid shape considering the age and how poorly these were stored.
This is a greatpiece of history if you are needing to repair/restore these old model appliances.
