Troy N.Y. Trojan with the number 24. The scoop is in very good condition, handle is firmly attached (no wobble or nicks, remnants of something red--see photos), mechanism is in smooth (spring fully intact, not over-stretched), working condition. The bowl of the ice cream scoop is also in very good condition with NO dents or dings. The piece measures approx. 10-1/8\" long and the scoop has a 1-7/8\" diameter.
