For sale is this Vintage Genuine Apple IIc PAL Modulator Adapter model number A2M4023.
This PAL modulator would allow you to send a color signal to your television via the composite port. The Apple IIc onboard video output was NTSC only, when plugging into a PAL TV there would only be a black and white image. With this modulator you use the RGB interface for a color composite signal.
Cosmetically it is in good condition for its age. It does have some yellowing and the text on the label has also faded.
