Nice example of the G45 (Gold) Nichols Model 61 cap gun. This is a rare and highly desirable gun for any collection. It is difficult to find them in this condition and at this price. The plating, frame, grips and operation are all very good. The gun operates properly for repeated firings. Occasionally the trigger fails to fully return to proper position & needs a very gentle nudge, to again function properly.
This gun has been professionally re-plated.
