This is Vintage Hamilton BeachPat. No. 1862527 Stainless Ice cream Scoop 31 with Wooden Handle.

The stainless scoop only 1 1/2\"wide ...what might have been called a 2 cent scoop...with the usual size scoop costing 10 cents.
The scoop measures approx. 9\" long.
It is in great vintage used condition for it age, works very good, very clean, super smooth mechanism.
The metal handle and spring fully function as intended.
The spring is strong and the rotating piece inside the cup moves smoothly with out sticking or scraping on the metal cup.
The wooden handle, screw in to the metal part, has a few small cracks.
